Even if you are not planning to buy, sell or let straight away, conducting a property valuation is still an excellent way to determine how much it is worth, and what improvements could be made should you want to increase the value of your property.

The way that the valuation structure works in Sri Lanka is that is based on the value of the property, per million in Rs, plus the one off fee of Rs 5,000. The greater the property value the lower the cost per million. There is an addition charge for travel which is Rs 40 per kilometre from Galle to the property.

Required documents

You will need to provide the following documents.

  1. Proof of identity
  2. Property title deeds
  3. Property survey plan

Please note we require a deposit of Rs 5,000 to start the application and the balance payment upon completion.
